In pursuit of the cosmic criminal (genius scientist) Jigu, Qinglong, captain of the Galactic Garrison, relentlessly pursues him. However, during a battle with Jigu, he falls into a trap and inadvertently ends up on Earth. On Earth, Qinglong befriends a kind and righteous young boy named Tianyi. Unexpectedly, Jigu also follows them to Earth, and upon discovering its adbundant biodiversity, decides to modify Earth's creatures to create his own army. To Top Jigu's invasion plan, Qinglong, Tianyi, and their companions embark on a new journey to maintain peace on Earth.
